I had received good services throughout my stay.

Clean and spacious room. Staff were exceptional helpful and courteous.

Had booked a Grand Lux room and it is huge for HK hotels standard. The wash basin had a slow flow but the housekeeper solved it within 5mins.

Hotel smells good all the time. Concierge staff are helpful. Requests are granted in a timely manner

We stayed for 3 nights at Lanson Place. Staff on duties are helpful and friendly. The location is great and we have access to nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is lovely and clean. Our pillow were too soft and we requested for firmer pillows, and the request was attended to immediately. Overall, a great hotel in a great location!
