Personnel very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable and we had a handy phone with free calls.

It made our visit to Hongkong more fun and memorable.

Fantastic hotel ! It is rare to see such a dedicated special service, from moment you arrive until you feel cherished and very welcome !
The staffs at concierge are nice and helpful. One of the staff (I didn’t manage to get his name) greeted me ‘Welcome Back’. I was very surprised that he remembers we stayed in the hotel few weeks ago. I stay only a night , to celebrate my birthday. Love it, no doubt will stay here again in the future.

逸兰酒店是所非常非常不错值得推荐的酒店，从门童、前台到客房卫生每个人服务都很热情周到。房间设置也非常齐全因有尽有，厨房设备全套是一大亮点和特色，还有免费上网本地和国内通话免费（配有专用手机）。当然离时代广场、铜锣湾地铁口也非常近（5分钟），周边吃得也很多在路边行走时不经意间就能碰上书上提到的小吃名店……。

The hotel was conveniently located, well maintained and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

酒店外观非常大气，整体看起来很豪华哦。就去后非常凉快，全部带走冷气，门口就有服务员打招呼，前台服务员说话很甜，一会就办好了手续，专门的女服务员带你去房间，给我介绍房间的布置。晚上在楼上可以看好多地方的夜景，不亦乐乎！洗澡间很大，洗澡很舒服，各种用品都很齐全。床也很大，睡着真是一种享受哦。
